Today we are going to proceed with our blog in a new fashion. I will be putting
forward some simple questions at you. You can frame the answers in your mind.
So, the first
question goes: Do you always end up making some changes at your household?
Particularly,
do you desire to revamp your kitchen? Do you
exercise or follow any healthy activity for a proper health and well-being? For
example, day-to-day activities like cycling, yoga, meditation, dieting, etc.
etc.Now you may ask - the questions I put forward do not have any relation
with one another and they vary. But, however different the
questions are, finally they are summed up to one single solution – use of clay
utensils in our daily routine.
You may think
– how is the use of clay pots and health, as well as the kitchen refurbishment
related?
Yes! Yes! They
are closely-related… that is what today’s blog is all about.
Excluding the
earthen water pot, does anyone of you use any other clay utensils at home?
Reading
further, many of you would have nodded with a no. Isn’t it? Hmmm… even if this
is the case at many houses today, imagine if all the articles at your home are
replaced with clay utensils? Visualize your regular refrigerator replaced by an
earthen one.
Nowadays,
everyone uses aluminium and steel utensils. But, clay utensils possess valuable
characteristics like iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and sulphur that are
useful for the wear and tear of the body.
Various
diseases stay away from our body because of these vital minerals in clay. If
the guests coming over are welcomed using earthenware, it gives a different
feeling of hospitality altogether.
Hence, the
introduction of clay utensils in our ‘Modern Kitchen’ should not be a problem
now.
What I feel
now is that you readers agree to whatever I have to say. So the question arises
regarding the purchase of this earthenware. The best option and selected brand
for this is – MITTICOOL.
The brand ‘MITTICOOL’ is enrooted in Gujarat. Gujarat-based
Mansukhbhai Prajapati started a factory manufacturing clay pans in 1988.
Due to
the earthquake in Gujarat on 26th January 2000, the entire stock of goods
was damaged. But Mansukhbhai did not lose hope. He built his entire empire once
again making use of the same waste clay for making the very first earthen
refrigerator in 2004. He owns more than fifty different articles of clay.
Mansukhbhai’s sons, Ravi Prajapati and Raj Prajapati take care of the entire business now. In an interview with Raj Prajapati, he talked about the clay having organic properties and how it is refined. There is no chemical added in the soil. Every utensil is checked prior to avoid any deformities.
